T-handle locks
Stainless steel pan with chrome "T" handle
Positive-action, folding T-handle rivet-on three point door locks
Benefit: T-handle locks prevent accidental release by snagging, shock, or vibration. Riveted locks are easy to replace (if needed).

Removable reinforced shelves and bin dividers
Adjustable on 2-inch centers, provide efficient storage for parts and tools. Each body contains (2) slotted shelves in each forward vertical compartment, except the tank compartment. There is also (1) slotted shelf in each horizontal compartment with a total of (20) dividers included in each body.

ALUMA-FILL®
Aluminum gas fill box
Benefit: Accidental nicks and dings are common in the fuel fill area, which can result in rust. Aluma-Fill® withstands this abuse and has an attractive appearance as well.

Heavy-Duty Slam Action Tailgate, Galvannealed Bumpers, Safety Treadplate Steel Cargo Area
Tailgate releases easily and features hideaway steel support cables and stainless steel hardware. 12 gauge safety treadplate steel lines the inside of the tailgate
Bumper is constructed from A60 Galvannealed steel
The outrigger tube is welded to the bumper with reinforcing plates insuring secure placement. Outrigger legs are not included.
Cargo area lined with 12 gauge safety treadplate steel (1/8" for CM6, 3/16" for CM8)
Equipped with 5000 lb. tie down rings in cargo floor (4 on CM6-108 & CM8-110, & 6 on CM6-132 & CM8-110)
Benefit: Modern tailgate design provides strong support to inner cargo and one-handed operation. Bumper is further protected against rust. Added protection and utilization of cargo area.

Acrylic E-Coat Priming
Steel bodies enter a 12-state process which thoroughly cleans, rinses, and finally primes the steel by electrically fusing the primer to the steel. This process provides complete coverage to the body, even in the most hidden or recessed areas.
Benefit: Combining A-60 galvannealed steel with Acrylic E-coat priming provides the best and most comprehensive protection against rust and corrosion available in the industry. |
